Our sponsorship invitations for the 2024 VR-Haptic Thinkers Meetup are tiered as follows: Bronze-500€, Silver-1000€, and Gold-2000€. We are also introducing a Platinum-2500€ sponsorship tier, as well. As the meeting will take place at the School of Dentistry, University of Utah, we are anticipating to get well over 300 registrants, including many who will attend in-person. With a Platinum sponsorship you could have your company logo on the opening screen of the e-poster session. Moreover, we are giving out awards for the best abstracts, so on the Abstract Awards webpage we will highlight our Platinum sponsors as well as on the printed award certificates. In contrast to the previous year at Kuopio, Finland, we are expecting to get in-person attendees from around USA thanks to this meetup being situated in Salt Lake City, Utah. Plantinum sponsors can choose to bring their brochures and promotional merchandise (mugs, pens, memos) in person to the School of Dentistry, University of Utah and can enjoy the meeting on site. We have been happy to learn that many of our previous year sponsors are considering to continue their sponsorships at the same level as before! What do we request from our sponsors in addition to your respected financial support? We ask your company to distribute the news of our free-to-join event among your clients through your websites or social channels, if possible. Additional publicity will benefit all involved parties!

We do not directly endorse any manufacturer and strive to remain impartial in our dealings. We understand the importance of distinguishing ourselves as a platform focused on academic collaboration, separate from commercial interests. Our commitment to neutrality ensures that our members can trust the integrity of our initiatives. Regardless of sponsorship, we extend an invitation to all researchers who have published scientific work using equipment from any manufacturer. We believe in fostering an inclusive environment where scientific contributions are valued without bias. It is important to note that sponsorship income, primarily from meeting sponsors, is utilized within our university (University of Eastern Finland Faculty of Health Sciences, as well as the host universities) project system solely to cover the direct costs of our meetings. This ensures the sustainability of our platform and allows us to continue serving the educational community.
