The VR-H Thinkers is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all of its participants as well as increasing the participation of groups traditionally underrepresented in VR-haptics Dental Education and Research (including but not limited to: women, LGBTQ+, underrepresented minorities, and people with disabilities).
We expect all interactions between attendees to be respectful and constructive, including interactions during the review process, at the conference itself, and on social media. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference (without a refund) at the discretion of the conference organizers.
Part of this commitment is to better understand the needs of our followers. To this end, we will be working to collect data that will inform programs to increase and sustain broader participation in the VR-haptics Dental Community.
